- Towels and bench linen are also available for rent on-site if needed.
Sauna Etiquette
- Mixed sauna shifts: All sauna sessions are mixed-gender; swimwear is required.
- Use bench linen: Sit on a towel or bench cloth to keep benches clean.
- Quiet atmosphere: Finnish saunas are calm and relaxing spaces.
- Respect the heat: Smoke saunas can be intense; listen to your body and step out when needed.
- Ask before adding water (löyly): If others are present, check before throwing water on the stones.
- No alcohol in saunas: Please enjoy saunas sober for safety reasons.
- Mobile-free zone: No phones and cameras inside saunas to respect privacy.
- Heat in smoke saunas comes from pre-heated stoves that cannot be reheated again. Please keep doors closed to avoid cooling the sauna, so everyone can enjoy the experience.

- Unfortunately, none of the saunas are wheelchair accessible due to their historic structure.
