Grandma always served coffee and pastries after the sauna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bring with you:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Swimwear (required)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Towel or bathrobe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bench linen (small towel or cloth to sit on)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sauna hat (recommended)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Water bottle<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Footwear such as flip-flops or Crocs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The purpose of the evening is simple: to relax, pamper yourself, and enjoy good company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/fonts.gstatic.com\/s\/e\/notoemoji\/17.0\/1f33f\/32.png\" alt=\"\ud83c\udf3f\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sauna Evening Wellness Treatments<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Traditional sauna healer Siiri will offer treatments during the evening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Foot bath \u2013 \u20ac5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Face mask \u2013 \u20ac5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Salt &amp; honey scrub \u2013 \u20ac5<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whisking for one (lying down), approx. 20 min \u2013 \u20ac55<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whisking for two (seated), approx. 20 min \u2013 \u20ac55 (\u20ac27.50\/person)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Whisk bathing is a holistic sauna treatment where at least four different types of whisks are used over the entire body while lying down in the heat of a sauna.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>A special highlight on Wednesday, August 26, 2026 at 4-5 PM<\/strong>, is a gentle yoga session with Maarit Kerkkonen, welcoming participants of all ages and experience levels. Please bring your own yoga mat if possible as well as a towel or blanket to support your relaxation poses.
